More than 20 years of experience in CMC and cGMP production for innovative drugs and generic products. Worked at Abbott, Teva and Catlent American Drug R&D Center, and participated in and was responsible for several NDA/ANDAs;
After returning to China, served as the General Manager of NOVAKEN (a pharmaceutical company located in Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center) and the Senior Director of R&D of Guangzhou InnoCare Pharma Tech Co., Ltd., leading the IND/NDA/ANDA for several generic drugs, Me-Better drugs, and innovative drugs in Oncology;
Currently leading the Company’s CMC team for INDs' enabling.
